I don't know how many times I've improved this Italian crunch, it's so delicious and chewy and filling, it's my go-to snack for catching up on TV. I made the final version today, and it's the best ration I've ever made, bar none, no rebuttals!

Instant oatmeal 50g whole wheat flour 30g low gluten flour 90g baking powder 1g baking soda 1g honey 30g whole egg 1 52g corn oil 10g olive oil 10g cashews 35g dried cranberries 10g raisins 25g water 10g or so, I added 8g (ingredients absorbent water is different, the water is added as needed, can be formed into a ball without adding water)

4, into the fully preheated HAI c40 oven, medium 170 degrees baked 25 minutes out of the oven, do not need to turn off the oven!

5. Take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes

6, with a serrated knife cut into roughly 1 ~ 1.5 cm thick slices, ‼️ do not cut hard, to use the saw, or it will be broken Oh!

7, cut the cookies back into the baking dish and continue to bake for 8 minutes, when the time is up, turn over and bake for another 8 minutes, you can take out of the oven, cool, airtight and save!
