2. Notification of reported complaints

If a right holder believes that certain content on Greedy Gourmet's platform is suspected of infringing his/her legitimate rights and interests, he/she may send a written notice of complaint to Greedy Gourmet. According to the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Dissemination" and the "Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law to the Trial of Cases of Civil Disputes Involving the Use of Information Networks to Infringe upon the Rights and Interests of Persons" and other provisions, the notice of complaint shall contain the following contents:

2.1 Subject information of right holders and relevant supporting materials

(1) Individual complaints: The real name of the right holder, contact telephone number and e-mail address, contact address, photo or scanned copy of ID card (for Chinese nationals) or passport (for foreign nationals).

(2) Unit complaints: the name of the right holder, place of residence, contact person, contact phone number and email address, notice of complaint (stamped), business license (stamped) and so on.

2.4 Rights-holders' guarantees

IV. Process for handling information on legitimate reports and complaints

V. Precautions

1. The right holder shall provide a scanned copy of the signed or signed written notice and relevant supporting materials. 3. If the supporting materials are formed in a foreign country or in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, they shall be notarized and certified or other legally required certification procedures shall be carried out in the country or region in which they are located in accordance with the provisions of the law.

4. If the right holder has already filed an administrative or judicial dispute resolution procedure against the respondent, please submit the notification letter together with the relevant proof of acceptance and the evidence submitted to the dispute resolution organization to Greedy Gourmet, which will facilitate the handling of the complaint.
